Jerry W. Lewis, M.D. is a native of Oklahoma and in 1989 graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School. In 1993 he completed his residency in anesthesiology with additional training in pain management at the Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas.  |
Janet and her husband have been married for 27 years and are “empty nesters” now. They have two children: a son who graduated with a business degree three years ago and works in Plano and their daughter is a senior at University of Texas at Dallas studying history and hopes to be a high school history teacher. They live in Plano with their three dogs. |
Janet was born in England, but immigrated to Canada in 1981 where she later attended the University of Ottawa and received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She moved to Texas in 1997 and received her masters from Texas Woman’s University. Before joining Lewis Pain, Janet worked in Labor & Delivery at the Medical Center of Plano for 9 years. Janet has been with Dr. Lewis since February 2007 and is enjoying the very unique field of pain management. Janet volunteers at the Collin County adult clinic once a month where she helps to provide primary care for the uninsured people of Collin County.
